Our Code of Conduct
The same workplace standards apply across all three of our plantations, covering our people, our practices, and our accountability.
Labour & Human Rights
- Alignment with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, with human rights training for every employee and contractor
- Zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour, or workplace harassment
- Gender-balanced recruitment, with hiring decisions based strictly on qualification, not gender
- Confidential, multi-channel grievance reporting — telephone, email, and on-site complaint boxes — available to every worker
Health, Safety & Ethics
- Mandatory safety, pesticide-handling, and equipment training before any worker begins on-farm duties
- Annual health checks for staff exposed to plant protection products, with first-aid provision maintained on every site
- Formal anti-corruption policy with anonymous, confidential whistleblower channels
- Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and food-safety training built into every pre- and post-harvest process
